Here are some more details of local motorbike clubs. Of course, you may have to get a Spanish-speaking friend to help you. 

Costaleros club. This is the large Cartagena-based club that has a great programme of activities and many special services, such as discounts on insurance and bike products. Motoclub Fenicios.  This club is based in Mazarrón and it organises the huge motorbike gathering in March each year which sees thousands of bikes heading for Bolnuevo beach.
