Food Favourite – Lamb 

Since ancient times, Cartagena people have put lamb at the top of their lists of favourite meat dishes. 

“Cordero” is an essential part of any celebration, preferably cooked over an open wood fire.   

Many other dishes feature on Cartagena menus, of course, but when the chips are down it’s really cordero that makes the day.
