What’s happening Lots of great things happen all year in and around Cartagena. However, a big problem is that many things aren’t publicized, it seems, until the day before the event. And when they are announced, information is incomplete. Advance planning is often very difficult. At this section of www.discoveringcartagena.com we are going to try and find out what’s going on.
