 Facilities marked PdC are managed by the Puerto de Culturas organisation.  The reduced rates are available to groups of 25 people or more, young people under 16, students, unemployed people, retired people, and disabled people.  The discounts are also available to families, if there are two adults with two or more children.  Proof of entitlement must be given.  There is no charge for children under three years old. 

Puerto de Culturas has a season ticket, which costs 25 Euros, and which gives free admission to facilities for a year from the date of purchase.  This does not include the bus or boat or special events. 

There are also several themed packages, with vouchers offering special deals on admission to Puerto de Culturas facilities.  These are: 

Cartagena, Port of Cultures.  Punic Wall Centre, Concepción Castle and History of Cartagena, Augusteum, Decumano, Civil War Museum and Air Raid Shelters, Panoramic Lift, Fortuna Roman House, Autopsy Pavilion, Tourist Bus and Tourist Boat.  19.50 individual, 15.50 reduced. 

A Trip Through History.  Civil War Museum and Air Raid Shelters, Panoramic Lift, Fortuna Roman House, Autopsy Pavilion, Tourist Bus and Tourist Boat. 12.50 individual, 9.50 reduced. 

Ancient Cartagena.  Punic Wall Centre, Concepción Castle and History of Cartagena, Augusteum, Decumano, Panoramic Lift, Fortuna Roman House. 11.50 individual, 8.50 reduced. 

Modern Cartagena.  Punic Wall Centre, Concepción Castle and History of Cartagena, Civil War Museum and Air Raid Shelters, Panoramic Lift, Fortuna Roman House or Autopsy Pavilion.  11.50 individual, 8.50 reduced. 

At an additional charge, the last three vouchers can also include the boat and bus.  Tourist Bus, 3 individual, 2.50 reduced. Tourist Boat, 3.50 individual, 3 reduced.
